Movie Data

Movie and TV show metadata is provided by The Movie Database (TMDB). This product uses the TMDB API but is not endorsed or certified by TMDB. TMDB data must not be re-distributed or used outside the context of CinemaIQ without permission from TMDB.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these terms or engage in conduct that is harmful to other users or the platform. You may delete your account at any time from your profile settings.

Disclaimer of Warranties

CinemaIQ is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CinemaIQ and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service.

Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective when posted. Your continued use of CinemaIQ after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
